Georgian Bars, Square and Diamond Leads

Georgian bars are available in a wide range of different sizes and colours. They can come inserted in-between the two panes of glass (for easy cleaning) or they can be put on the glass internally and externally to create a more authentic look.

Leaded windows come in many different styles. The most popular being Square and Diamonds. These leads come in many different sizes as well as standard (silver) colour or antique (darkened) for that aged look.

Self Cleaning Glass

Pilkington Activ is basically the same as conventional glass except that it uses nature to continually clean itself. After years of development Pilkington Activ is the Worlds first self cleaning glass to use a microscopic coating with a unique dual-action.

The first stage is ‘photocatalytic’ – the coating reacts with the daylight to break down organic dirt. The second stage is ‘hydrophilic’ – instead of forming droplets, rainwater hits the glass and spreads evenly, running off in a “sheet” and taking the loosened dirt with it, also drying quickly without leaving streaks.
